In June I got an email from Charlotte at the brilliant Rock My Wedding asking if they could use Florence the Vintage Caravan for one of their editorial shoots. Of course I said yes. I knew they’d make her look amazing so off we went to Henley-in-Arden for this ‘Hippy-Gypsy,’ inspired shoot.
If you’d like Florence looking lovely at your wedding then visit her very own website and get in touch.
Thanks so much to Ben Tomlin at Touch Photography for sharing the photographs.

Florence had the pleasure of joining the Folio Albums Freedom tour a couple of weeks ago as they rolled into Cheshire. Also there were the brilliant team from Aspire Photography Training who supplied styled shoots and models for the visiting photographers.
Florence got in on the action and became one of the models for the day. Here she is with Flora, Steph and Grace.

On Sunday May 19th Florence had her first proper outing of the year when she went along to the Brides Up North wedding show at The Bowdon Rooms in Cheshire. She certainly wowed the crowds and plenty of brides-to-be climbed aboard to have a look inside and to check out the work of Matt Bowen Photography.
Of course she got dressed up for the occasion as you’ll see in the pictures below.
Florence is of course available to hire for your wedding or event either as part of your wedding photography package with Matt Bowen Photography or you can hire her on her own. To get more details then please send over an email by clicking here.
Florence will be attending her very first Wedding Exhibition in the next couple of weeks. She’ll be at the Brides Up North Wedding Exhibition at Bowdon Rooms on May 19th. You’ll be able to climb on board and look around her and chat about having her at your own wedding as a break out area or photo booth. You’ll also be able to see some great images from Matt Bowen Wedding Photography. Do please come along and say hello if you can, it would be great to see you there.
Introducing Florence the Vintage Caravan. This is how I have been spending my winter months, getting Florence ready for the summer.
Florence is a 1970’s Cadet 10 caravan that was saved from being burned and has been loving restored to her former glory and beyond.
I found Florence on eBay and had to have her as soon as I saw her. She was used by a dairyman in Swindon who used to sleep in her in between milking sessions at the farm where he worked. He was moving away and had planned to take the caravan down the lane at the farm and set fire to it but his wife convinced him he should try and sell it. I am very grateful to his wife.
After being cleaned of all the ‘farmyness’ Florence was ready for restoration.
She has been repainted outside and in, had the old Lino floor replaced with real oak, re-upholstered and had a new sink and work surfaces fitted.
Florence is available to hire for weddings, hen parties, vintage tea parties, promotional work, photo shoots and filming.
She can be hired with a choice of three themes, vintage, rustic countryside or seaside.
If you want to decorate her yourself to your own theme that can also be arranged.
Florence the Vintage Caravan can also be booked in conjunction with Matt Bowen Photography and used as a photo booth at weddings and parties.
